If you have children and are looking for a Free State farm experience, stay at Bokpoort (just outside Clarens). They have lovely chalets, horse riding, a bar, camping and friendly country service.
For bikers visiting Clarens, The Maluti Mountain Lodge or Red Mountain House. The Maluti Mountain Lodge has undercover parking for your bike, great facilities and friendly service. The Clarens Greenbrier Cottage is a Highly Recommended Self-Catering Cottage they will go the extra mile to accommodate you. Red Mountain House is on the Clarens Square.
